In-Stock Items:

  1. Perfumes that are currently in stock will be processed and shipped within 3-5 working days from the date of your order.
  2. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

 

Pre-Orders:

  1. For perfumes available on a pre-order basis, the estimated delivery time is approximately 2-3 weeks from the date of your order.
  2. We will keep you updated on the status of your pre-order and aim to deliver your product as soon as possible.

 

General Information:

  1. We use reputable shipping carriers to ensure that your order reaches you safely and on time.
  2. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and any unforeseen delays with the shipping carrier.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

 At The Perfume Lab, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and exchange policy below:

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:

  1. We can only offer refunds or exchanges for perfumes that have not
    been used by the customer.
  2. The perfume must be returned in its original packaging and in the
    same condition as when it was received.

 

How to Return/Exchange an Item:

  1. Contact Us: Please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return or
    exchange.
  2.  Return Authorisation: Once your return/exchange request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send the product back to us.
  3.  Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us safely.

 

Refund Process:

  1. Once we receive the returned item and verify that it has not been used, we will process your refund.
  2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.

 

Exchange Process:

  1. Once we receive the returned item and verify that it has not been used, we will process your exchange and send out the replacement product as soon as possible.
  2. Any difference in price between the returned item and the new item will be handled accordingly.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

  1. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any products that have been opened or used.
